Commercialization Efforts. Ruthigen agrees to use Commercially Reasonable Efforts with respect to the Commercialization of Products in the Field in the Territory as provided hereunder. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Ruthigen shall determine the pricing for the Product at its sole discretion.
