Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Maintain Ratings. At all times, the Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain ratings of the Initial Term Loans and a corporate rating and corporate family rating, as applicable, for the Borrower by each of S&P and Xxxxx’x.
