Commingling of Grant Funds. The Grantee agrees that, in its accounts and recordkeeping, it will not commingle HOPE VI Grant funds with funds from any other sources including, but not limited to, other HUD program funds or funds from other Federal, State or local government agencies. (Such other funds may be used to carry out the Revitalization Plan, so long as they are not commingled in the Grantee's accounts and recordkeeping.)
