Grant Funding. A. The State shall fund this Grant in the amount of $ . The approved Project Budget is set forth as Exhibit B of this Grant Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein. The Grantee shall not spend more than the amount for each line item in the Project Budget without the prior written consent of the State, nor shall the Project costs funded by this Grant Agreement and those funded by any local and/or private share be changed or modified without the prior written consent of the State.
B. The disbursement of Grant funds to the Grantee shall not be made until all documentary materials required by this Grant Agreement have been received and approved by the State and this Grant Agreement has been fully approved by the State.
Grant Funding. Any contract entered into by the County that is to be paid from grant funds shall be limited to payment from the grant funding, and the Offeror understands that the County has not set aside any County funds for the payment of obligations under a grant contract. If grant funding should become unavailable at any time for the continuation of services paid for by the grant, and further funding cannot be obtained for the contract, then the contract shall be null and void. Additionally, County contracts subject to assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), require inclusion of the contract terms found in Appendix “H”. It is the County’s intention to comply with FEMA requirements; therefore, any conflict in terms should be resolved as such.

Grant Funding. Applicant District shall receive funding in the amount listed on the Application within thirty (30) days of District’s receipt of a fully-executed Agreement.
Grant Funding. A. IOCS shall fund this grant during its Term. The Project Budget is set forth within Exhibit A. The Grantee shall not make substantial modifications to any line item in the Project Budget without the prior written consent of IOCS, nor shall the Project costs funded by this Grant Agreement and those funded by any local and/or private share be changed or modified without the prior written consent of IOCS.
B. The disbursement of grant funds to the Grantee shall not be made until all documentary materials required by this Grant Agreement have been received and approved by IOCS and this Grant Agreement has been fully approved by IOCS.
Grant Funding. If the PARTNER pays for any of the Work with funds received by the PARTNER as a grant, or on any other terms, from any source, including the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, The City of Philadelphia, including any department or agency thereof, or from any private charity or foundation, then the PARTNER shall comply with the terms of the applicable grant contract. The PARTNER shall give the SCHOOL DISTRICTa copy of the grant on request by the SCHOOL DISTRICT.

Grant Funding. C&T understands that and acknowledges that this Agreement may be totally or partially funded with federal funds. C&T represents and warrants that it is and will remain in compliance with all applicable federal provisions, including those attached as Exhibit “B” incorporated herein for all purposes.
Grant Funding. Pursuant to Ind. Code ch. 8-23-30, the Grantee agrees to the following:
A. It may use the State funds only for the Project described in Attachment A;
B. If it uses the grant funds for any purpose other than construction of the Project as described in
i. must immediately repay all grant funds provided to the State; and
ii. may not participate in the grant program during the succeeding calendar year.
C. It shall provide local matching funds equal to not less than 50% of the estimated project cost;
D. Disbursement of grant funds will not be made until the Grantee's submission of an accepted/awarded Project Material Bid and/or an executed contract with the contractor;
E. The State's participation in the Project is strictly limited to the grant funds awarded herein. The Grantee understands and agrees that the State is under no obligation to pay for or participate in any cost increases, change orders, cost overruns or additional Project expenses of any kind.
