Commission Charge-Back. Company shall have the absolute right to set forth cash discounts, to make such allowances and adjustments to accept such returns from its customers, and to write off as bad debts such overdue customer accounts as it deems advisable. In each such case Company shall charge back to Representative's account any amounts previously paid or credited to it with respect to such cash discounts, allowances, adjustments, return or bad debts. Company shall charge-back an equal amount of any cash discount, allowance, adjustment, return or bad debt, to Representative.
Commission Charge-Back. Company shall have the right, while this Agreement is in effect, to write off as bad debts such overdue customer accounts as it deems advisable after notifying Representative and providing Representative the opportunity to attempt to induce payment. In each such case, Company may charge back to Representative’s account only any amounts previously paid to Representative. If such accounts are paid at any time, Representative shall be entitled to the applicable commissions.

LiveWorld shall have the absolute right to set such cash discounts, to make such allowances and adjustments, to accept such returns from its clients, and to write off as bad debts such overdue client accounts as it deems advisable. Payment to Rep upon receipt of customer payments and for the percentage agreed upon eliminates most of these areas for dispute, which the parties acknowledge herein.

Work At Home Pastor Bless Club Inc. shall have the absolute right to set forth cash discounts, to make such allowances and adjustments to accept such returns from its customers, and to write off as bad debts such overdue customer accounts as it deems advisable. In each such case Work At Home Pastor Bless Club Inc shall charge back to Associate account any amounts previously paid or credited to it with respect to such cash discounts, allowances, adjustments, return or bad debts. However, the Company agrees that the amount of any cash discount provided to a customer and charged back to Representative shall not exceed 40 % of the sales deducted from upcoming pay period proof of charged back sale will be provided to associate prior to any reduction on sales commissions .

LookSmart shall have the absolute right to set such cash discounts, to make such allowances and adjustments and to accept such returns from its customers as it deems advisable. In each such case, LookSmart shall charge back to Representative’s account any amounts previously paid or credited to it with respect to such cash discounts, allowances, adjustments or returns.

POWIN shall have the absolute right to set such cash discounts, make such allowances and adjustments, accept such returns from its customers, and write off as bad debts such overdue customer accounts as it deems advisable. In each such case, POWIN shall charge back to Representative's account any amounts previously paid or credited to it with respect to such cash discounts, allowances, adjustments, returns or bad debts. At no time shall Representative owe POWIN any money if Charge-Backs for any reason exceed commissions due and payable. VLSI LIBRARIES shall have the absolute right to set such cash discounts, make such allowances and adjustments, accept such returns from its end-user customers, and write off as bad debts such overdue end-user customer accounts as it deems advisable. In each such case, VLSI LIBRARIES shall charge back to REPRESENTATIVE’S account any amounts previously paid or credited to it with respect to such cash discounts, allowances, adjustments, returns or bad debts.

Supplier may, in its sole discretion, set cash discounts, make such allowances and adjustments, accept such returns from its customers, and write off as bad debts such overdue customer accounts. In each such case, Supplier may charge back to Sales Representative's account any amounts previously paid or credited to it with respect to such cash discounts, allowances, adjustments, returns or bad debts.
Commission Charge-Back. PMI shall have the right, while this Agreement is in effect, to write-off as bad debts such amounts overdue from the ISR ’s customers as it deems advisable after notifying the ISR and providing the ISR the opportunity to attempt to induce payment. In each such case, PMI may charge back to ISR’s account only any amounts previously paid to ISR. If such accounts are paid at any time during the term of this agreement, ISR shall be entitled to the applicable commissions.
