Common use of Commission Service Agreements Clause in Contracts

Commission Service Agreements. The Department CEO, in accordance with section 44 of the Act, enters into a Head Agreement with the Commission CEO, establishing the purchasing framework for mental health services (including other drug and alcohol health services) by the MHC from the WA health system.
