Commissioned Processing of Personal Data. This Appendix applies specifically to Customer who subscribes to the Services. 1. Subject Matter and Details 1.1. In the course of providing the Services, UD Trucks Group and/or Authorized Providers may access data and information collected through the Information System. Any such collected and processed data may be considered “personal data” within the meaning of the GDPR. In the course of providing the Services, UD Trucks Group and/or Authorized Providers may thus process personal data on behalf of Customer. Customer acknowledges and agrees that for such processing, Customer shall be the controller within the meaning of the GDPR (“Controller”) and UD Trucks Group (and Authorized Providers, as applicable) shall be the processor within the meaning of the GDPR (“Processor”) of such personal data. The following provisions of Section 1 above shall apply to such circumstances.
