COMMISSIONS AND EXPENSES. 18.1 The Issuer agrees to pay to the Principal Paying Agent such fees and commissions as the Issuer and the Principal Paying Agent shall separately agree in respect of the services of the Agents under this Agreement together with any out of pocket expenses (including legal, printing, postage, fax, cable and advertising expenses) incurred by the Agents in connection with their services.

COMMISSIONS AND EXPENSES. 18.1 19.1 The Issuer agrees to pay to the Principal Paying Agent and the Settlement Agent such fees and commissions together with any applicable value added tax thereon which may be imposed in any relevant jurisdiction as the Issuer and the Principal Paying Agent and the Settlement Agent shall separately agree in respect of the services of the Agents under this Agreement together with any out of pocket expenses (including without limitation legal, printing, postage, fax, cable and advertising expenses) properly incurred by the Agents in connection with their services.

The Issuer shall not be concerned with the apportionment of such payment among the Agents.

COMMISSIONS AND EXPENSES. 18.1 19.1 The relevant Issuer agrees to pay to the Principal Paying Agent such fees and commissions as the relevant Issuer and the Principal Paying Agent shall separately agree in respect of the services of the Agents under this Agreement hereunder, together with any properly incurred out of pocket expenses (including legal, printing, postage, fax, cable and advertising expenses) incurred by the Agents in connection with their said services.
