Commitment to Effect. Subject to termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 4.2 or otherwise, the Parties agree to be bound by the Plan of Arrangement and each will use all reasonable efforts and do all things reasonably required to cause the Arrangement to become effective on such date as the PHM Board may determine.
Commitment to Effect. Subject to termination of this Agreement pursuant to Article 6, the parties shall each use all reasonable efforts and do all things reasonably required to cause the Plan of Arrangement to become effective as soon as possible after approval of the Arrangement by the Arris Shareholders at the Arris Meeting, or by such other date as Arris and InCana may determine, and in conjunction therewith to cause the conditions described in §5.1 to be complied with or waived, as the case may be, prior to the Effective Date.
Commitment to Effect. Subject to termination of this Agreement pursuant to Article 6, the parties will each use all reasonable efforts and do all things reasonably required to cause the Plan of Arrangement to become effective by no later than December 31, 2021, or by such other date as Silver and SpinCo may determine, and in conjunction therewith to cause the conditions described in Section 5.1 to be complied with prior to the Effective Date. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the parties will proceed forthwith to apply for the Interim Order and Silver will call the Meeting and mail the Information Circular to the Silver Shareholders.

Subject to termination of this Agreement pursuant to hereof, the parties shall each use all commercially reasonable efforts and do all things reasonably required to cause the Plan of Arrangement to become effective by no later than December 31, 2011, or by such other date as Radius and Rackla may determine, and in conjunction therewith to cause the conditions described in section 5.1 to be complied with prior to the Effective Date. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the parties shall proceed forthwith to apply for the Interim Order and Radius shall call the Meeting and mail the Management Proxy Circular to the Radius Shareholders.
Commitment to Effect. Subject to termination of this Agreement pursuant to Article 6, the parties will each use all reasonable efforts and do all things reasonably required to cause the conditions described in Section 5.1 to be complied with prior to the Effective Date. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the parties will proceed forthwith to apply for the Interim Order and Volt will call the Volt Meeting and mail the Information Circular to the Volt Shareholders.
Commitment to Effect. Subject to termination of this Agreement pursuant to Article 7 hereof, the Parties shall each use all reasonable efforts and do all things reasonably required to cause the Plan of Arrangement to become effective by no later than April 30, 2020, or by such other date as Red Lake and Spinco may determine, and in conjunction therewith to cause the conditions described in § 5.1 to be complied with prior to the Effective Date. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Parties shall proceed forthwith to apply for the Interim Order and Red Lake shall call the Red Lake Meeting and mail the Information Circular to the Red Lake Shareholders.
Commitment to Effect. Subject to termination of this Agreement pursuant to Article 6 hereof, the parties will each use all commercially reasonable efforts and do all things reasonably required to cause the Plan of Arrangement to become effective by no later than September 30, 2021, or by such other later date as Mydecine and Spinco may determine, and in conjunction therewith to cause the conditions described in Section 5.1 to be complied with prior to the Effective Date. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the parties will proceed forthwith to apply for the Interim Order and Mydecine will call the Mydecine Meeting and mail the Information Circular to the Mydecine Shareholders.
Commitment to Effect. Subject to termination of this Agreement pursuant to Article 6 hereof, the parties shall each use all reasonable efforts and do all things reasonably required to cause the Plan of Arrangement to become effective by no later than October 31, 2018, or by such other date as Equinox and Solaris may determine, and in conjunction therewith to cause the conditions described in Section 5.1 to be complied with prior to the Effective Date. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the parties shall proceed forthwith to apply for the Interim Order and Equinox shall call the Equinox Meeting and mail the Information Circular to the Equinox Shareholders.
Commitment to Effect. The parties shall each use all reason- -------------------- able efforts and do all things reasonably required to cause the Plan of Arrangement to become effective within two weeks of the Closing Date, or by such other date as the parties may mutually determine, and in conjunction therewith to cause the transactions and conditions contemplated by sections 5.1 and 6.1 to be completed prior to the Effective Date. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the parties shall proceed forthwith to apply for the Interim Order and, upon obtainment thereof, Abstract shall call the Abstract Meeting and mail the Information Circular to the Shareholders.

Subject to termination of this Agreement pursuant to Article 6 hereof, the Parties shall each use all commercially reasonable efforts and do all things reasonably required to cause the Plan of Arrangement to become effective as soon as possible, and in conjunction therewith to cause the conditions described in Section 5.1 to be complied with prior to the Effective Date. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Parties shall proceed forthwith to apply for the Interim Order and BriaCell shall call the BriaCell Meeting and mail the Information Circular to the BriaCell Shareholders.
