Commitment to preserve confidentiality. Each party to this Agreement undertakes that it will: (a) preserve the confidentiality of, and will not directly or indirectly reveal, report, publish, transfer, or disclose any Confidential Information provided to it by the other party except as provided for in clause 20.2; and (b) only use Confidential Information provided to it by the other party for: (i) the purposes of performing its obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement (subject to any restrictions on the use of the information set out in this Agreement); and (ii) any other purposes expressly permitted by this Agreement or agreed by the parties.
