Common use of Commitment to preserve confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Commitment to preserve confidentiality. Each party to this agreement undertakes that it will: (a) preserve the confidentiality of, and will not directly or indirectly reveal, report, publish, transfer or disclose the existence of any Confidential Information except as provided for in clause 13.2; and (b) only use Confidential Information for the purposes expressly permitted by this agreement.

Commitment to preserve confidentiality. Each party to this agreement undertakes that it will: (a) preserve the confidentiality of, and will not directly or indirectly reveal, report, publish, transfer transfer, or disclose the existence of any Confidential Information except as provided for in clause 13.214.2; and (b) only use Confidential Information for provided to it by the other party for: (i) the purposes of performing its obligations or exercising its rights under this agreement (subject to any restrictions on the use of information set out in this agreement); and (ii) any other purposes expressly permitted by this agreementagreement or agreed by the parties.
