Committed Period. The [****] of the Forecasted Period shall be referred to as the “Committed Period” Hypercom shall issue binding Purchase Orders for Products for the [****] of the Committed Period. Except as set forth below in Section 5.2.2, Hypercom may not change the volumes or mixes of forecasted Products during the [****] of the Committed Period in any subsequent Forecast.
Committed Period. (a) The first eight (8) weeks of the Forecasted Period shall be referred to as the "Committed Period." Iomega Purchasers shall issue binding Purchase Orders for Products for the first two (2) weeks of the Committed Period. Except as set forth below in Section 6.2(b) (Flexibility), Iomega may not change the volumes or mixes of forecasted Products during the third through eighth weeks of the Committed Period in any subsequent Forecast without Venture's consent.
