Common use of Committee Discretion Clause in Contracts

Committee Discretion. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, the Committee, in its sole discretion, may accelerate the vesting with respect to any Restricted Stock Units under this Agreement, at such times and upon such terms and conditions as the Committee shall determine.

Committee Discretion. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, and subject to Section 7(g) of this Agreement and Section 11.7 of the Plan, the Committee, in its sole discretion, may accelerate the vesting with respect to any Restricted Stock Units under this Agreement, at such times and upon such terms and conditions as the Committee shall determine.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, subject to Section 15(m) of the Plan, the Committee, in its sole discretion, may accelerate the vesting with respect to any Restricted Stock Units under this Agreement, at such times and upon such terms and conditions as the Committee shall determine.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, the Committee, in its sole discretion, may accelerate the vesting with respect to any Restricted Stock Performance Share Units under this Agreement, at such times and upon such terms and conditions as the Committee shall determine.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, and subject to Section 7(g) of this Agreement and Section 11.7 of the Plan, the Committee, in its sole discretion, may accelerate the vesting with respect to any Restricted Performance Stock Units under this Agreement, at such times and upon such terms and conditions as the Committee shall determine.

Committee Discretion. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, the Committee, in its sole discretiondiscretion and in accordance with the terms of the Plan, may accelerate the vesting with respect to all or any portion of the Restricted Stock Units under this Agreementcovered by the Award, at such times (including, without limitation, upon or in connection with the Participant’s termination of employment) and upon such terms and conditions as the Committee shall determine.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contraryforegoing, the CommitteeCommittee may, in its sole discretion, may accelerate vesting of the vesting with respect to any Restricted Stock Units under this Agreement, at such times any time and upon such terms and conditions as the Committee shall determinefor any reason.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, the Committee, in its sole discretion, may accelerate the vesting with respect to any Restricted Stock Units under this Agreement, at such times and upon such terms and conditions as the Committee shall determine; provided, however, the Committee shall not be permitted to accelerate vesting of any Restricted Stock Units earlier than the first Vesting Date.
