Committee Membership Termination. The term of office of a Committee member shall terminate immediately upon a determination by the Board, by a majority vote of the Directors, (i) that the Committee member no longer satisfies the classification for which the Committee member was selected; or (ii) that the Committee member’s continued service as such would violate the compositional requirements of such Committee set forth in this Article VIII.
