Common use of Committee Minutes Clause in Contracts

Committee Minutes. Every committee meeting will be recorded in its official minutes, copies of which will be posted in each workplace on a bulletin board which is for the exclusive use of the committee, with copies promptly forwarded to the Employer, the Chief Xxxxxxx, and Saskatchewan Labour. All committee minutes will be kept with other committee records and correspondence, and shall be available for inspection by any employee, the Employer, and the Union.
