COMMITTEE PROCEDURES GENERALLY. Each committee shall record minutes (in whatever manner it selects) of its deliberations, recommendations and conclusions and shall promptly deliver a copy of such minutes to the secretary of the corporation. Reasonable notice of the meetings of any committee shall be given to the members thereof and to the Chair, each of whom shall have the right to attend and participate in the deliberations of the committee. The Chair or the committee chair may invite to any committee meeting such individuals as they may select who may be helpful to the deliberations of the committee.
