Common use of Common Area Charges Clause in Contracts

Common Area Charges. Subject to adjustments as provided in paragraph 16 of the Lease and as otherwise adjusted prior to the date hereof, Tenant shall continue to pay to Landlord its percentage share of Common Area Charges, as defined in said paragraph 16 of the Lease, during the Extended Term.

Common Area Charges. Subject to adjustments as provided in paragraph 16 of the Original Lease and as otherwise adjusted prior to the date hereof, Tenant shall continue to pay to Landlord its percentage share of Common Area Charges, as defined in said paragraph 16 of the Lease, Charges during the Third Extended Term.
