Common use of Common Area Clause in Contracts

Common Area. (a) Definition. The term “Common Area” is defined as all areas and facilities described in the applicable portion of Section 1 that are designated by Landlord for the non- exclusive use of Landlord, Tenant, and/or other tenants of the property and/or their respective licensees and invitees (including employees, suppliers, customers, and agents). The Common Area includes the following located on the property: parking lots, lobbies, stairwells, sidewalks, walkways, utility rooms, areas in which to place trash, and landscaped areas.

Common Area. (a) Definition. The term “Common Area” is defined as all areas and facilities described in the applicable portion of Section 1 that are designated by Landlord for the non- non-exclusive use of Landlord, Tenant, and/or other tenants of the property and/or their respective licensees and invitees (including employees, suppliers, customers, and agents). The Common Area includes the following located on the property: parking lots, lobbies, stairwells, sidewalks, walkways, utility rooms, areas in which to place trash, and landscaped areas.

The term “Common Area” is defined as shall mean all areas and facilities described in within the applicable portion of Section 1 Property that are provided and designated by Landlord for the non- exclusive use of Landlord, Tenantfrom time-to-time, and/or other tenants for general use and convenience of the property and/or their respective licensees lessees and invitees (including employeesoccupants of all or any part of the Property, suppliersincluding, customerswithout limitation, the parking areas and facilities, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, elevator, stairs and stairwell, and agents). The Common Area includes the following located on the property: parking lots, lobbies, stairwells, sidewalks, walkways, utility rooms, areas in which to place trash, and landscaped areaslike.

Landlord gives to Tenant and its authorized representatives and invitees the non-exclusive right to use the Common Area” is defined as all areas and facilities described , subject to Landlord's rights set forth in the applicable portion of Section 1 that are designated by Landlord for the non- exclusive use of Landlord, Tenant, and/or other tenants of the property and/or their respective licensees and invitees (including employees, suppliers, customers, and agents). The term “"Common Area” Areas" is defined as all areas and facilities described in outside the applicable portion Premises and within the exterior boundary line of Section 1 the Property that are provided and designated by Landlord from time to time for the non- general, non-exclusive use of Landlord, Tenant, and/or Tenant and of other tenants of on the property and/or Property and their respective licensees and invitees (including employees, suppliers, customersshippers, customers and agents). The Common Area includes the following located on the property: invitees, including parking lotsareas, lobbiesloading and unloading areas, stairwellstrash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, utility roomsparkways, areas in which to place trash, driveways and landscaped areas.

The term “"Common Area” is defined as " shall mean all areas those portions of the Building and facilities described in the applicable portion of Section 1 that Property which are designated by Landlord intended for the non- exclusive common use and enjoyment of the Landlord, Tenant, and/or Tenant and all other tenants of the property and/or Building and the Property and their respective licensees and invitees (including employees, suppliersagents, customers, invitees, deliverymen, subtenants, assigns, concessionaires and agents). The Common Area includes the following located on the property: parking lotslicensees, lobbiesincluding but not limited to xxxxxxx xxxxx, stairwellsxxxxx, sidewalksxxxxxxx, walkwaysentrances, utility roomsexits, areas in which to place trashdrives, and tunnels, passageways, landscaped areas, exterior ramps, walks and arcades, stairways, enclosed corridors and rest rooms.

The Common Area includes the following located on the property: parking lotswithout limitation, lobbiespedestrian walkways and patios, stairwellslandscaped areas, sidewalks, walkwayscommon restrooms, utility rooms, areas in which to place trashif applicable, and landscaped parking areas.. The Tenant and its invitees are granted the non-exclusive right to use the Common Area with others who are entitled to use the Common Area subject to the following:

The Common Area includes the following located on the property: parking lots, lobbies, stairwells, sidewalks, walkways, utility rooms, areas in which to place trash, and landscaped areasinvitees.
