Common use of Common Areas - Definition Clause in Contracts

Common Areas - Definition. The term "Common Areas" is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Buildings and within the exterior boundary line of the Project, including parking areas, passenger and other loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas that are provided and designated by the Sublandlord from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Sublandlord, Subtenant and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees. For Buildings occupied by multiple tenants, the Common Areas also include the stairways, elevators, lobbies and other areas which may be so provided and designated by Sublandlord.
