Common use of Common Areas - Rules and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Common Areas - Rules and Regulations. Tenant agrees to abide by and conform to the Rules and Regulations attached hereto as Exhibit C with respect to the Business Park and Common Areas, and to cause its employees, suppliers, shippers, customers and invitees to so abide and conform. Landlord or such other person as Landlord may appoint, shall have the exclusive control and management of the Common Areas and shall have the right, from time to time, to reasonably modify, amend and enforce said rules and regulations. Landlord shall not be responsible to Tenant for the non-compliance with said rules and regulations by other tenants, their agents, employees and invitees. Landlord shall, however, enforce all rules and regulations non-discriminatorily.
