Common use of Common Use Premises Clause in Contracts

Common Use Premises. The Port grants to Airline, subject to Articles 4 and 5 of this Agreement, the right to use, on a common use basis, the Common Use Premises identified in the Premises Notice, subject at all times to the exclusive control and management by the Port. Subject to the provisions of Articles 4 and 5 of this Agreement, the Port reserves the right to revise Airline’s right to use such Common Use Premises by sending to Airline a revised Premises Notice.
