The Administrator will communicate with you, the person you have authorised or your financial planning business (as applicable) in English, on behalf of the fund, via the preferred method indicated by you, to give you important information, including: • proof of your membership details; • notice about important events affecting your membership; • transaction confirmations; • investment statements – at least annually; • an annual benefit statement; • certificates you may need for tax returns; and • our quarterly newsletter. If you do not indicate your preferred method of communication all important information will be sent by e-mail where an address is supplied, otherwise by post. You may ask for copies of this information and any other information that the law requires to be made known by contacting our Client Service Centre or your financial planner. If you are registered online, you can log into our secure website to access some of this information.
