Communication and Advertising. Neither Party will issue any public communication regarding these Terms or the other Party without the other Party’s prior written consent. No advertising, marketing, promotional, or other material using the name, trademark, service mark, logo, or other proprietary designation of a Party may be used without such Party’s prior written consent.

Communication and Advertising. Neither you nor FormFox will issue any public communication regarding your Agreement or the other party without the other party’s prior written consent. No advertising, marketing, promotional, or other material using the name, trademark, service mark, logo, or other proprietary designation of you or FormFox may be used without the other party’s prior written consent.
Communication and Advertising. 16.1. Subject to 16.2, the Client authorises implicitly Digiteal to mention the Client’s trademark and the Services in use in all communication and advertising documents (brochure, sheet, website and any other communication medium). As such, Digiteal shall be entitled to refer to the Client's identification elements.
Communication and Advertising. The franchisor is responsible for all communication and advertising at the national, continental or global level depending on the franchisor's strategy. It undertakes to maintain the brand image of the network and to develop it by ensuring joint promotion of all members of the network. At the express request of the franchisor, the franchisee may participate in the national, continental or global promotion of the brand. It will do so under the terms and conditions that the franchisor will transmit to it where applicable. The franchisee is responsible for defining and implementing the local advertising strategy within the exclusivity zone granted by the franchisor. The franchisee is prohibited from promoting his own establishment within the exclusivity zone of another franchisee who is a member of the network. The franchisee undertakes to promote his point of sale while respecting the uniformity of the network's brand image and respecting all of the franchisor's intellectual property rights. The franchisor reserves the right to delete, modify or improve any advertising campaign undertaken by the franchisee. The franchisee is not subject to any minimum advertising investment. However, he may not oppose the implementation of a local advertising campaign if the franchisor so requests.
