Common use of Communication and branding Clause in Contracts

Communication and branding. 10.1. The consequences arising from the non-fulfilment of this obligation shall be for the defaulting Party. Unless the CLC requests or agrees otherwise or unless it is impossible, any communication activity related to the specific action (including in electronic form, via social media, etc.) as well as any infrastructure, equipment and major results funded by the specific grants must: (a) display the EIT Food logo as adopted by EIT Food; (b) follow the relevant EIT Food and EIT RIS (Regional Innovation Scheme) Visual identity, guidelines and templates.
