Communication and Coordination. The Project Coordinator for the SCP will be responsible for coordinating communication and information sharing among participating partners. Methods for sharing information will include quarterly meetings of the Collaborative Stakeholder Group, written status reports, and monthly meetings between the Project Coordinator and the Principal or Principal’s designee.
