Communication and Reporting. (a) The Adviser shall have the sole responsibility for maintaining regular and periodic oral and written communication with the Client with respect to any and all matters relating to the Client’s account and its Assets, including obtaining updated information with respect to the Client. The Adviser shall promptly notify the Sub-Adviser of any changes to the Client’s information that may be relevant to Sub-Adviser’s obligations under this Agreement or its fiduciary duties. The Adviser shall be solely responsible for all reporting to the Client. The Sub-Adviser agrees to make such personnel who are knowledgeable about the Assets reasonably available during the Sub-Adviser’s normal business hours at the Adviser’s reasonable request for consultation with respect to the Assets.
(b) As soon as practicable after the end of each calendar quarter, the Sub-Adviser shall provide the Adviser with the standard reports provided by the Sub-Adviser to other clients who receive service similar to the Client, the contents of which previously have been agreed to by the Adviser.
Communication and Reporting. Communication and reporting requirements will depend on the services being purchased and will be specified in the relevant Statement of Work or Service Schedule.
Communication and Reporting. [[The CTS Professionals will provide all Client Deliverables in [electronic form, PowerPoint, Excel, or Word, as deemed appropriate by the CTS Professionals based on the deliverable specific content]]. Additionally, the CTS Professionals will submit, electronically, a weekly status report, which shall include amounts for service fees and related expenses incurred to date. The status report will provide progress against planned milestones, identified risks and issues, and completion of planned deliverables. A weekly call will be held at which verbal discussion of progress and/or needs may take place including executive management opportunity to be verbally briefed.]
Communication and Reporting i. Conducts weekly open incident reviews with Licensee.
ii. Provides monthly incident activity reports on bugs and enhancements.
iii. Provides annual onsite executive briefing (Annual Business Review) at the designated Licensee facility. The TAM provides a report representing ongoing projects, open issue, enhancements, bugs, product road maps, key performance indicators, release dates and improvement recommendations. The executive briefing occurs at the designated site as agreed by Flexera and Licensee.
iv. The TAM in conjunction with designated Licensee personnel sets the agenda for each meeting, which will include, but not be limited to, topics to be discussed, Flexera attendees, Licensee attendees and any other requirements to confirm the correct teams are involved.
Communication and Reporting. CMR shall cooperate with all members of the Project Team and endeavor to further the interests of TFC and the Project. CMR will establish procedures for effective communication and coordination among the Project Team, Subcontractors, separate contractors, and others regarding the construction of the Project, and implement and continuously modify such procedures as necessary. To the extent of an apparent conflict in the sequencing of Work or services with another service provider, CMR shall report the concern to the TFC Project Manager. CMR shall coordinate delivery and installation of TFC-procured material and equipment and shall cooperate with any commissioning agent engaged by TFC.
Communication and Reporting. Each Party shall:
a) designate a focal point for this Agreement, and shall communicate without delay the focal point's name, address and telecommunication numbers to the Agreement secretariat, for prompt circulation to the other Parties and to the Co-ordination units; and
b) prepare for each ordinary session of the Meeting of the Parties, beginning with the second session, a report on its implementation of the Agreement with particular reference to the conservation measures and scientific research and monitoring it has undertaken. The format of such reports shall be determined by the first session of the Meeting of the Parties and reviewed as may be necessary at any subsequent session. Each report shall be submitted to the Agreement secretariat not less than one hundred and twenty days before the opening of the session of the Meeting of the Parties for which it has been prepared, and copies shall be circulated forthwith to the other Parties by the Agreement secretariat.

Communication and Reporting. Distributor shall communicate regularly with O2Diesel, through use of agreed methods (for example, O2Diesel’s internet-based CPAMS system), concerning (a) Distributor’s activities to complete the actions set forth in Schedule A, (b) other material market conditions and developments in the Territory, and (c) legislation affecting the distribution of O2Diesel Product in the Territory. Senior management representatives of Distributor and O2Diesel shall meet, on approximately a monthly basis, at times and places mutually agreed, to discuss Distributor’s progress. The Parties also shall arrange for effective coordination of ongoing activities at the operational level. To the extent that O2Diesel obtains information from Distributor under this Article 2 or otherwise concerning the marketing of oxygenated diesel fuel, O2Diesel shall have the perpetual right to reproduce, use and disclose it and authorize the same for purposes of marketing oxygenated diesel fuel or other products (a) outside the Territory, (b) within the Territory after the Term or (c) in the case of a Permitted Third Party Distribution.

Communication and Reporting. The School District and the Contractor shall meet prior to the beginning of each semester to align curriculum, discuss educational and logistical matters, and set a timetable for the reporting of student grades. Each semester, the Contractor shall regularly report to the School District’s Superintendent, or the Superintendent’s designee, regarding the progress of the Services during the term of this Agreement. Student grades will be reported by the Contractor on the timetable set at the beginning of the semester meeting.
