Daily Log. The Construction Manager shall also maintain a daily log containing a record of weather, Subcontractors working on the site, number of workers, major equipment on the site, Work accomplished, problems encountered and other similar relevant data as the Department may reasonably require. The log shall be available to the Department, the Architect and the Program Manager, and on a monthly basis a copy of the log shall be submitted to the Department.
Daily Log. A. The Contractor shall maintain a daily log of construction activities for each calendar day of the Contract Time, using a form approved by the City. The Contractor shall document all activities at the Project site, including:
1. Weather conditions showing the high and low temperatures during work hours, the amount of precipitation received on the job site, and any other weather conditions which adversely affect Work at the site;
2. Soil conditions which adversely affect Work at the site;
3. The hours of operation by Contractor and individual Subcontractor personnel;
4. The number of Contractor and Subcontractor personnel present and working at the site, by subcontract and trade, and updated schedule activity number.
5. The equipment active or idle at the site;
6. A description of the Work being performed at the site, by updated schedule activity number.
7. Any delays, disruptions or unusual or special occurrences at the site;
8. Materials received at job site; and
9. A list of all visitors at the site.
B. The Contractor shall provide copies of the daily logs to the City on a weekly basis. The daily log does not constitute written notice to the City when such notice is required by the Contract Documents.
Daily Log. Unless and until instructed otherwise in writing by TFC, CMR shall also prepare a daily log (the “Daily Log”) containing: (i) a record for each day’s weather (unless otherwise provided by the A/E); (ii) a statement of which days since the previous monthly report are claimed by CMR to be subject to Force Majeure, as defined in Section 6.1.3 of this Agreement, portions of the Work in progress; (iii) number of workers on the Site; (iv) identification of all equipment on the Site; (v) problems that might affect progress of the work; and (vi) all accidents, injuries, and any other information that may be requested by TFC from time-to-time, and upload said Daily Log into EMPCS as directed by TFC, by the end of each next business day. In the event CMR fails to timely and properly identify and upload any Force Majeure days, CMR shall be deemed, without further notice, to have automatically waived any claims of Force Majeure as to those days.
Daily Log. 2.5.9.1 The CM@Risk shall maintain a daily log of construction activities for each calendar day of the Contract Time, using a form pre-approved by the Design Professional. In that log the CM@Risk shall document all activities at the Work Site, including, but not limited to:
a) Weather conditions showing the high and low temperatures during work hours, the amount of precipitation received on the job Site, and any other weather conditions which adversely affect Work at the Site;
b) Soil conditions which adversely affect Work at the Site;
c) The hours of operation by CM@Risk and individual Subcontractor personnel;
d) The number of CM@Risk and Subcontractor personnel present and working at the Site, by subcontract and trade, and updated schedule activity number;
e) The equipment active or idle at the Site;
f) A description of the Work being performed at the Site by updated schedule activity number;
g) Any delays, disruptions or unusual or special occurrences at the Site;
h) Materials received at job Site;
i) A list of all visitors at the Site; and
j) Any other information deemed relevant as to activities on the Site that day.
2.5.9.2 The CM@Risk shall provide copies of the daily logs to the Owner on a weekly basis. The daily log shall not constitute written notice to the Owner of any event or occurrence when such notice is required by the Contract Documents.
2.5.9.3 Any changes affecting previously approved Work shall require prior written approval of the Owner.

c) The hours of operation by Contractor and individual Subcontractor personnel;
d) The number of Contractor and Subcontractor personnel present and working at the Site, by subcontract and trade, and updated schedule activity number;
e) The equipment active or idle at the Site;
f) A description of the Work being performed at the Site by updated schedule activity number;
g) Any delays, disruptions or unusual or special occurrences at the Site;
h) Materials received at job Site; and
i) A list of all visitors at the Site.
j) Any other relevant information deemed relevant as to activities on the Site that day.
2.8.2 The Contractor shall provide copies of the daily logs to the Owner on a weekly basis. The daily log shall not constitute written notice to the Owner of any event or occurrence when such notice is required by the Contract Documents.
2.8.3 Any changes affecting previously approved Work shall require prior written approval of the Owner.
Daily Log. The Construction Manager will maintain a daily jobsite log to record the progress of the Project. The daily log will be available to the Owner at the Project Site and will be uploaded by the Construction Manager to the Owner’s Master Library Project account daily and transmitted to the Construction Team. The Construction Manager shall maintain a log of daily activities, including manpower records, weather, delays, major decisions, percentage of completion, etc., and require the same of Subcontractors. The Construction Manager shall maintain and shall upload to the Owner’s Master Library account as necessary to remain current a directory of companies on the Project with names, addresses, telephone numbers, emergency telephone numbers and fax numbers of key personnel.
Daily Log. The Contractor shall create and maintain a daily Communication logbook (the “Daily Log”). The Client Agency Designee may add any corrective actions to the Daily Log. The Contractor’s on-Site Supervisor shall review, date and sign the Daily Log at the commencement of each shift and ensure noted corrective actions are made.
A. The Contractor personnel shall document in the Daily Log:
1. Inoperable or broken fixtures, leaks from plumbing fixtures or related Facility matters by entering the specific details into the Daily Log.
2. Inspect the flooring to ensure that there are no loose or raised areas. If such areas are found, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Client Agency Designee and log the details.
3. Any inoperable paper and soap dispensers.
B. The Client Agency Designee may add any poor performance noted in the Daily Log to Attachment 2 Inspection Form. This shall include the Contractor’s failure to complete assigned tasks as described in the Task Schedule Checklist, repeated unsatisfactory performance, needs improvement and failure to complete corrective actions within the specified timeline period.

The Contractor’s on-site supervisor shall review, date and sign the Daily Log at the commencement of each shift and ensure noted corrections are made.
B. The Client Agency Designee shall report to DAS and the Contractor if poor Performance are continuous or unresolved through the use of the Daily Log.

G. Any delays, disruptions or unusual or special occurrences at the site;
H. Materials received at job site; and
I. A list of all visitors at the site.
21.2 The Contractor shall provide copies of the daily logs to the Owner on a weekly basis. The daily log does not constitute written notice to the Owner when such notice is required by the Contract Documents.

The daily log will be available to the Owner at the Project Site and will be uploaded by the Design Builder to the Owner’s Master Library Project account daily and transmitted to the Construction Team. The Design Builder shall maintain a log of daily activities, including manpower records, weather, delays, major decisions, percentage of completion, etc., and require the same of Subcontractors. The Design Builder shall maintain and shall upload to the Owner’s Master Library account as necessary to remain current a directory of companies on the Project with names, addresses, telephone numbers, emergency telephone numbers and fax numbers of key personnel.
