Communication Between Monitor, Parties, and Public. 310. The Monitor shall maintain regular contact with the Parties in order to ensure effective and timely communication regarding the status of APD’s implementation of and compliance with this Agreement. To facilitate this communication, the Monitor shall conduct monthly meetings, which shall include participation by the Chief, counsel for the City, the APD Implementation Unit, and DOJ.
