Communication by Certificateholder with Other Certificateholders. Certificateholders may communicate pursuant to Section 312(b) of the Trust Indenture Act with other Certificateholders with respect to their rights under this Pass Through Trust Agreement or under the Certificates, and the Pass Through Trustee shall comply with Section 312(b) of the Trust Indenture Act. The Company and the Pass Through Trustee shall have the protection of Section 312(c) of the Trust Indenture Act.
