Common use of Communication Devices Clause in Contracts

Communication Devices. Xxxxxx College agrees to pay Employee as part of his/her gross compensation, the sum of one hundred and no/100 U.S. dollars ($100.00) per month to reimburse the Employee for using their own “communication devices” (e.g., laptop, cell phone, iPad, etc.) to perform their job duties. As a result, Xxxxxx College will not provide the Employee with any “communication devices.”
