Common use of Communication & Education Services Clause in Contracts

The program may include multimedia informational materials, investment education and planning materials, access to Fidelity’s homepage on the internet and STAGES magazine. Additional fees for such services may apply as mutually agreed upon between Sponsor and Trustee.
