Communication Facility. A fibre-optic cable shall be installed, at the expense of Facility Owner, connecting the Facility to the CEB Substation for protection, data transmission and communication purposes. The fibre-optic cable shall be maintained by Facility Owner. Wireless communication shall be required for Facility connected directly to CEB’s 22kV feeder. The wireless communication shall be from the Facility to the CEB’s Substation (to which the 22kV Feeder is connected) or CEB’s System Control Centre. The final design of the wireless communication system shall be agreed between both Parties prior to ordering. The communication equipment installed at both end of the fibre optic cable shall be procured, installed, tested, commissioned and maintained by Facility Owner. The relay on CEB side of the Interconnection Boundary shall not form part of the communication system. The final design of the communication system shall be approved by the CEB prior to implementation. For the communication equipment located at the Facility, it shall be located on the Facility Owner side of the Point of Delivery, unless otherwise instructed by the CEB. The electricity consumption of the Facility Owner’s Communication equipment located in CEB’s Substation will be charged to Facility Owner at an applicable tariff.

The wireless communication shall be from the Facility to the CEB’s Substation (to which the 22kV Feeder is connected) or CEB’s System Control Centre. The final design of the wireless communication system shall be agreed between both Parties prior to ordering. The communication equipment forming part of the complete communication system between the Facility and CEB Substation shall be procured, installed, tested, commissioned and maintained by Seller. For the communication equipment located at the Facility, it shall be located on the Seller side of the Point of Delivery. The electricity consumption of the Seller’s Communication equipment located in CEB’s Substation will be charged to Seller at an applicable tariff.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Interoffice Transmission Facilities BellSouth shall provide nondiscriminatory access, in accordance with FCC Rule 51.311 and Section 251(c)(3) of the Act, to interoffice transmission facilities on an unbundled basis to <<customer_name>> for the provision of a telecommunications service.

  • Transmission Facilities The NTO owns certain transmission facilities over which the ISO will have day-to-day operational control to maintain these facilities in a reliable state, as defined by the Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria, and in accordance with the ISO Tariffs, ISO Related Agreements and ISO Procedures (“ISO Operational Control”). These NTO facilities shall be classified as “NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control,” and are listed in Appendix A-1 of this Agreement. The NTO also will be responsible for providing notification to the ISO with respect to actions related to certain other transmission facilities. These facilities shall be classified as “NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification,” and are listed in Appendix A-2 of this Agreement. Transmission facilities may be added to, or deleted from, the lists of facilities provided in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein by mutual written agreement of the ISO and the NTO owning and controlling such facilities. Currently listed facilities will be posted on the ISO’s OASIS.

  • Telephone Facilities Where commercial telephone facilities are not available, employees will be allowed reasonable use of the Employer's facilities; in which case no telephone allowances will be paid.

  • Information regarding Interconnection Facilities 4.2.1 The SPD shall be required to obtain all information from the STU/CTU/concerned authority with regard to the Interconnection Facilities as is reasonably necessary to enable it to design, install and operate all interconnection plant and apparatus on the SPD’s side of the Delivery Point to enable delivery of electricity at the Delivery Point. The transmission of power up to the point of interconnection where the metering is done for energy accounting shall be the responsibility of the SPD at his own cost.

  • CONNECTING TRANSMISSION OWNER’S INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES As depicted on the one-line diagram in Attachment 3, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities consist of the following constructed or installed between the POI and PCO, as well as metering and telecommunications located at the Xxxxxxxxx Solar Collector Substation.
