Communication of Active Research Projects. Member’s Research Services Coordinator shall maintain a listing of active Research Projects established under the provisions of Paragraph 2.1 above. Member’s Research Services Coordinator shall provide a copy of that listing to the Research Services Coordinator for the other Member of LLC promptly upon request.
