Interaction with Other Leaves Paid parental leave will run concurrently with any unpaid leave(s) that parents may be entitled to under other provisions of this Agreement or provided by law. Employees shall not receive other types of paid leave provided by this Agreement (e.g., sick, vacation, compensatory time) for hours for which they are receiving PPL.
COMMUNICATION AND NOTICES The Administrator designated in section 4 on page 1 of this agreement is authorized to receive information, interpret and define City's policies consistent with this agreement, and communicate with Consultant concerning this agreement. Sharing Information with Billers You authorize us to share identifying personal information about you (such as name, address, telephone number, Xxxxxx account number) with companies that you have identified as your Billers and which we have identified as offering electronic bills for purposes of matching your identity on the Service’s records and the Xxxxxx’x records to (a) activate your affirmative request for electronic bills, and/or (b) confirm your eligibility for “trial basis” electronic bills.
