COMMUNICATION WITH LOCKHEED XXXXXX CUSTOMER. LOCKHEED XXXXXX shall be solely responsible for all liaison and coordination with the LOCKHEED XXXXXX customer, including the U. S. Government, as it affects the applicable prime contract, this Contract, and any related contract.
