Common use of Communication with Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Communication with Third Parties. The GLO and the authorities named in Article VII, above, may initiate communications with any subcontractor of Subrecipient, and may request access to any books, documents, personnel, papers, and records of a subcontractor which are pertinent to this Contract. The results of such communication will be shared with Subrecipient, in writing, prior to any publication.
