Communications Dispatch Designated Regular Hours Sample Clauses

The "Communications Dispatch Designated Regular Hours" clause defines the specific hours during which dispatch or communication services are expected to be available or operational. Typically, this clause outlines the standard working hours for dispatch personnel, such as 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays, and may specify exceptions for holidays or weekends. By clearly establishing these regular hours, the clause ensures that all parties understand when communication services will be reliably accessible, thereby reducing confusion and setting expectations for response times.
