Communications Facilitating Contract Administration. The Design Professional and Contractor shall communicate directly concerning the Project and shall keep the University advised of their communications. Communications by and with the Design Professional’s consultants shall be through the Design Professional. Communications by and with subcontractors and material suppliers shall be through the Contractor. Communications by and with separate Contractors shall be through the University.
