Communications Licenses and Authorizations. The Company shall, and shall cause its Subsidiaries to, use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and maintain in full force and effect all approvals, consents, permits, licenses and other authorizations, and any renewals thereof, from the FCC and any appropriate State PUC, and to make all filings and reports, reasonably necessary or required for the continued operation of the Company's and its Subsidiaries' businesses, as and when such approvals, consents, permits, licenses, filings or reports or other authorizations are necessary or required.
