The "Licenses and Other Authorizations" clause requires one or both parties to obtain and maintain all necessary legal permissions, permits, or approvals needed to perform their obligations under the agreement. Licenses and Other Authorizations. Concessionaire, at no cost to the City, shall secure and maintain in full force and effect during the Term, all required licenses, permits and similar legal authorizations, and comply with all requirements thereof, and shall submit to DPR evidence of Concessionaire’s satisfaction of all such requirements upon request. Lessee shall obtain and maintain, or procure that there are obtained and maintained, in full force and effect all certificates, licenses, permits and authorizations for the time being required for the use and operation of the Aircraft for commercial passenger revenue service.
