Licenses and Other Authorizations. Concessionaire, at no cost to the City, shall secure and maintain in full force and effect during the Term, all required licenses, permits and similar legal authorizations, and comply with all requirements thereof, and shall submit to DPR evidence of Concessionaire’s satisfaction of all such requirements upon request. Concessionaire shall pay all fees and charges incurred in obtaining any required permits or other governmental approvals.

Licenses and Other Authorizations. The Company holds all material licenses, permits, registrations, orders, franchises, approvals and other authorizations, including those issued by any state or other regulatory authority, which are necessary to permit it to conduct its businesses as presently conducted ("Necessary Authorizations"). All such Necessary Authorizations are now, and will be after the Closing, valid and in full force and effect, and the Surviving Corporation shall have full benefit of the same. The Company has not received any notification of any asserted present failure (or past and unremedied failure) by it to have obtained any Necessary Authorization. Except as disclosed on the Company Disclosure Schedule, no fines or other penalties exceeding $1,000 individually or $10,000 in the aggregate have been assessed against the Company in any of the last five years relating to its business activities.
Licenses and Other Authorizations. Lessee shall obtain and maintain, or procure that there are obtained and maintained, in full force and effect all certificates, licenses, permits and authorizations for the time being required for the use and operation of the Aircraft for commercial passenger revenue service. Assuming the related Consents set forth in Section 3.6 or 3.7 of the Company Disclosure Schedule have been obtained prior to the Closing Date, to the extent that any transfers of such Licenses are provided for as part of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, such transfers will be permitted, and none of such Licenses will be terminated or impaired or become terminable as a result of the transactions contemplated hereby or by the Other Operative Agreements or the Integration Agreements.

Licenses and Other Authorizations. The Parties shall, during the term of this Contract, hold and maintain all necessary rights, authorizations, licenses and permits for the operation of this Contract. In particular, we maintain the license as a regulated payment institution to the extent necessary to provide the Payment Services hereunder.

SWYFS shall be responsible for payment of all fees and charges incurred in obtaining any required permits or other governmental approvals and for obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy prior to the use or occupancy of any modified portion of the Premises.
