Communications to Shareholders and Meetings. CMS will determine all shareholders entitled to receive, and will address and mail, all communications by the Trust to its shareholders, including quarterly and annual reports to shareholders, proxy material for meetings of shareholders and periodic communications to shareholders. CMS will receive, examine and tabulate return proxy cards for meetings of shareholders and certify the vote to the Trust.
