Communications to Shareholders and Meetings. The Transfer Agent will determine all shareholders entitled to receive, and will address and mail, all communications by the Trust to its shareholders, including delivery of the Prospectus, quarterly and annual reports to shareholders, proxy materials for meetings of shareholders and periodic communications to shareholders. The Transfer Agent will receive, examine and tabulate return proxy cards for meetings of shareholders and certify the vote to the Trust.
