Common use of Communications to Shareholders Clause in Contracts

Communications to Shareholders. Subject to receipt by BNYM of timely Written Instructions where appropriate, BNYM shall mail all communications by the Fund to its shareholders, including: (i) Reports to shareholders; (ii) Confirmations of purchases and sales of Fund shares; (iii) Monthly or quarterly statements; (iv) Dividend and distribution notices; and (v) Tax form information.

Communications to Shareholders. Subject to receipt by BNYM of timely Written Instructions where appropriate, BNYM shall mail all communications the documents listed below to Fund shareholders, subject in the case of clause (i) below to the receipt of Written Instructions reasonably satisfactory to BNYM, and BNYM shall mail any other documents to Fund shareholders reasonably requested by the Fund to its shareholders, includingin Written Instructions: (i) Reports to shareholders; (ii) Confirmations of purchases and sales of Fund shares; (iii) Monthly or quarterly statements; (iv) Dividend and distribution notices; and (v) Tax form information.

Communications to Shareholders. Subject to receipt by BNYM of timely Written Instructions where appropriate, BNYM shall mail all communications the documents listed below to Fund shareholders, subject in the case of clause (i) below to the receipt of Written Instructions reasonably satisfactory to BNYM, and BNYM shall mail any other documents to Fund shareholders reasonably requested by the Fund to its shareholders, includingin Written Instructions: (i) Reports to shareholders; (ii) Confirmations of purchases and sales of Fund sharesMonthly or quarterly statements, with copies to the relevant financial intermediary, if applicable, per Section 3(a)(1)(vi); (iii) Monthly or quarterly statements; (iv) Dividend and distribution notices; and (viv) Tax form information.

Communications to Shareholders. Subject to receipt by BNYM of timely Written Instructions where appropriate, BNYM shall mail all communications by the Fund to its shareholders, including: (i) Reports to shareholders; (ii) Confirmations of purchases and sales (repurchases) of Fund shares; (iii) Monthly or quarterly statements; (iv) Dividend and distribution notices; and (v) Tax form information.

Communications to Shareholders. Subject to receipt by BNYM of timely Written Instructions where appropriate, BNYM shall mail all communications by the Fund to its shareholders, including: (i) Reports to shareholders; (ii) Confirmations of purchases and sales of Fund shares; (iii) Monthly or quarterly statements; (iv) Dividend and distribution notices; and; (v) Tax form information; and (vi) New updated prospectuses and supplements to current prospectuses.

Subject to receipt by BNYM of timely Written Instructions where appropriate, BNYM shall mail all communications by the a Fund to its shareholders, including: (i) Reports to shareholders; (ii) Confirmations of purchases and sales of Fund shares; (iii) Monthly or quarterly statements; (iv) Dividend and distribution notices; and (v) Tax form information.

Subject to receipt by BNYM of timely Written Instructions where appropriate, BNYM shall prepare and/or mail all communications by the Fund to its shareholders, including: (i) Reports Preparing mail files for reports to shareholders; (ii) Confirmations Preparing confirmations of purchases and sales of Fund shares; (iii) Monthly Preparing monthly or quarterly statements; (iv) Dividend Preparing dividend and distribution notices; and (v) Tax Preparing and mailing tax form information.. BNYM will receive and tabulate the proxy cards for the meetings of the Fund’s shareholders.
