Communications with Other Party’s Customers or Prospective Customers. The Parties will ensure that all representatives who receive inquiries regarding the other Party’s services shall not in any way disparage or discriminate against the other Party or that other Party’s products and services. The Parties shall not solicit each others’ End User Customers during such inquiries.
