COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE CLASS. 60. The Individual Notice shall list Class Counsel's addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. Other than as provided for in this Stipulation, communications relating to the Action or this Settlement with Persons receiving Individual Notices and Settlement Class Members shall be handled through Class Counsel. Neither Class Counsel, nor anyone acting on behalf of Class Counsel: shall initiate any communications with Settlement Class Members prior to the Claim Form Submission Date except when necessary to answer Settlement Class Member questions; determine bankruptcy status; or assist in completing Deficient Forms. Nothing in this Stipulation shall be construed to prevent Defendant, its employees, agents or representatives from communicating with Settlement Class Members in the normal course of their business operations.

Communications relating to the Action or this Settlement with Persons receiving Class Notices and Settlement Class Members shall be handled through Class Counsel, and/or the Claims Administrator, as necessary. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent State Auto, its employees, attorneys, agents or representatives from communicating with Settlement Class Members in the normal course of its business operations, from submitting notices or other documents relating to this Agreement directly to Settlement Class Members and/or from continuing to adjust and resolve pending or future claims, even if they otherwise fall within the scope of this Agreement, before this Agreement is finally approved.
