Individual Notice. Western will issue written layoff notices to those faculty members subject to layoff in advance of the effective date of their layoffs. Where circumstances permit, the following notice shall be provided:
25.§4.2.1 For faculty members on a term appointment: at least forty-five (45) business day’s notice if the effective date of layoff occurs within the term of their appointment.
25.§4.2.2 For non-tenured faculty with three (3) years of service or less on a tenure- track appointment: at least four (4) month’s notice of layoff.
25.§4.2.3 For tenured faculty and faculty members on a tenure-track appointment with more than three (3) years of service: at least twelve (12) month’s notice of layoff.
Individual Notice. On or before May 31st, every teacher who may be laid off shall be given written notice stating the effective date and the reason thereof. Such notice shall be given at least one school day in advance of the posting on the list.
Individual Notice. By April 30th, Members who are to be laid-off shall receive in person or by registered mail, from their immediate supervisor, a written notice stating the effective date and the reasons therefore. Such notice shall be received by the Member at least one school day in advance of any publication of the information.
Individual Notice. The Privacy Act at 5 U.S.C. § 552a(o)(1)(D) requires an agency to implement procedures for providing individualized notice at the time of application, and periodically thereafter, to applicants for and recipients of financial assistance or payments under Federal benefit programs. The SPAAs will notify all individuals applying for public assistance benefits that the information provided on the application is subject to computer matching with other agencies. The SPAAs will accomplish this by way of a notice included in their application forms or, when necessary, by providing separate handouts containing appropriate language. The SPAAs will provide subsequent notice to their respective benefit recipients by notifying each recipient of the computer matching at the time of completion of a redetermination for eligibility. Since 1988, the application for Federal civilian employment has included a notice advising the applicant that records of Federal civilian employees are subject to computer matching.
Individual Notice. Within thirty (30) days of the date of the last Approval Order, Class Counsel shall direct the Administrator to send the Long Form Notice of Settlement and the Claim Form to all putative Class Members as follows:
Individual Notice. No later than June 30, every teacher who may be declared redundant shall be given written notice stating the effective date of the redundancy. The Local President of the Union shall be given notice every time a change occurs.
Individual Notice. On or before 15 June, every Teacher who may be laid off shall be given written notice stating the effective date and the reasons therefore.
Individual Notice. Subsection (o)(1)(D) of the Privacy Act requires an agency to implement procedures for providing individualized notice at the time of application, and notice periodically thereafter, to applicants for and recipients of payments under Federal benefits program. VA provides individualized (direct) notice to all individuals who apply for disability compensation or pension benefits that the information provided on the application (VA Form 21-526) is subject to computer matching with other agencies. VA will provide beneficiaries subsequent notice annually. VA also furnishes such notice on separate handouts. The application or handout informs all applicants that information obtained through computer matching may be used to determine eligibility for benefits and may be used by VA to verify any information provided.
Individual Notice. Within five (5 ) days of providing the notice under Article 28.01 , every Teacher w ho m ay be laid off shall be given written notice stating the effective date and the reasons therefore. Such notice shall be given at least one (1) school day in advance of the posting of the list.
Individual Notice. Based on a search of its internal systems, Defendant will provide KCC with a list containing postal and/or email addresses for all Settlement Class Members. Using this list, KCC will send the Short Form Notice via email (the “Email Notice”) to every Settlement Class Member 2 Class Action Fairness Act of 2005 (28 U.S.C. § 1715(b)(1)-(8)). for whom an email address exists. The Short Form Notice content will be included in the body of the email, rather than as an attachment, to avoid spam filters and improve deliverability. The Short Form Notice will contain a link to the case website. The email delivery will be attempted three times.
