  • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property. The Community Policies are available at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/policies.pdf or on request from the management office and are considered part of this Agreement.

  • Community Relations 33.1 Navy shall develop and implement a Community Relations Plan. This plan responds to the need for an interactive relationship with all interested community elements, both on and off the Facility, regarding environmental activities conducted pursuant to this Agreement by Navy. Any revision or amendment to the Community Relations Plan shall be submitted to EPA, Interior or the Commonwealth for review and comment. In formulating this plan, Navy shall consider utilizing as appropriate, in whole or in part, any existing community relations plans that may exist for various portions of the Site. 33.2 Except in case of an emergency requiring the release of necessary information, and except in the case of an enforcement action, any Party issuing a press release with reference to any of the Work required by this Agreement shall use its best efforts to advise the other Parties of such press release and the contents thereof prior to issuance of such release. 33.3 The Parties agree to comply with all relevant EPA policy and Guidance on community relations programs and the public participation requirements of CERCLA, the NCP, and other laws and regulations. 33.4 The Parties agree that Work conducted under this Agreement and any subsequent proposed RA alternatives and subsequent plans for RA at the Site arising out of this Agreement shall comply with all the Administrative Record and public participation requirements of CERCLA, including CERCLA Sections 113(k) and 117, 42 U.S.C. §§ 9613(k) and 9617, the NCP, and all applicable Guidance developed and provided by EPA. 33.5 The Information Repository is located at Biblioteca Electronica, Xxxxx Xxxxxx XxXxxx #449 Xxxxxx XX, Vieques, PR 00765. Navy has established and is maintaining an Administrative Record file at or near the Site and has made it available to the public in accordance with CERCLA Section 113(k), 42 U.S.C. § 9613(k), Subpart I of the NCP, and applicable Guidance issued by EPA. The Administrative Record developed by Navy shall be periodically updated and a copy of the Index will be provided to EPA, Interior, and the Commonwealth. Navy will provide to EPA, Interior, or the Commonwealth on request any document in the Administrative Record.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Community Reinvestment Act The Bank has complied in all material respects with the provisions of the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 (“CRA”) and the rules and regulations thereunder, the Bank has a CRA rating of not less than “satisfactory” in its most recently completed exam, has received no material criticism from regulators with respect to discriminatory lending practices, and to the Knowledge of Professional, there are no conditions, facts or circumstances that could result in a CRA rating of less than “satisfactory” or material criticism from regulators or consumers with respect to discriminatory lending practices.

  • Community Engagement The HSP will engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the Funder including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals. As part of its community engagement activities, the HSPs will have in place and utilize effective mechanisms for engaging families, caregivers, clients, residents, patients and other individuals who use the services of the HSP, to help inform the HSP plans.

  • Equal Opportunity Compliance The Contractor agrees to abide by all federal and state laws and rules and regulations, and executive orders of the Governor of the State of New Mexico, pertaining to equal employment opportunity. In accordance with all such laws of the State of New Mexico, the Contractor assures that no person in the United States shall, on the grounds of race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental handicap, or serious medical condition, spousal affiliation, sexual orientation or gender identity, be excluded from employment with or participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity performed under this Agreement. If Contractor is found not to be in compliance with these requirements during the life of this Agreement, Contractor agrees to take appropriate steps to correct these deficiencies.

  • Community Involvement The Grantee will facilitate and convene a Community Task Force as one means of developing collaboration among the Grantee, affected residents, and the broader community. The Grantee also will provide information to keep the Community Task Force fully apprised of the planning and implementation of revitalization efforts. The Community Task Force shall be comprised of affected public housing residents, local government officials, service providers, community groups, and others. The Community Task Force will provide advice, counsel and recommendations to the Grantee on all aspects of the HOPE VI development process, including shaping the goals and outcome of the Community and Supportive Services Plan. Community Task Force participants also will disseminate information throughout the community about the Grantee's revitalization efforts. The Grantee's responsibilities with regard to the Community Task Force include: (1) convening and participating in the Community Task Force and other advisory groups; (2) ensuring that regular meetings of the Community Task Force are held to apprise participants of the status of the development process and to solicit comments, opinions, advice, and recommendations on the planning and implementation of the Grantee's revitalization efforts; and (3) if requested by HUD, entering into a memorandum of understanding with the members of the Community Task Force setting forth the manner and frequency of task force meetings, the method (if any) for designating resident and community participants, and the issues that the task force will discuss and develop.

  • Community Reinvestment Act Compliance Company and each of its Subsidiaries that is an insured depositary institution is in compliance in all material respects with the applicable provisions of the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 and the regulations promulgated thereunder and has received a Community Reinvestment Act rating of “satisfactory” in its most recently completed exam, and Company has no knowledge of the existence of any fact or circumstance or set of facts or circumstances which would reasonably be expected to result in Company or any such Subsidiary having its current rating lowered.
