Community Buildings and Club House etc. It is further clarified that the Super Area mentioned in the Agreement is for the purpose of computing Sale Price in respect of Said Apartment only and that the inclusion of Common Areas within Said Building, for the purpose of calculating Super Area does not give any right, title or interest in Common Areas to Apartment Allottee except the right to use said common Areas by sharing the same with other occupants / allottees in the said building/complex that too subject to timely payment of maintenance charges either due or demanded by the Maintenance Agency/AOA as the case may be. Unless the context otherwise requires in this Agreement: A the use of words importing the singular shall include plural and masculine shall include feminine gender and vice versa; B reference to any law shall include such law as from time to time enacted, amended, supplemented or re-enacted; C reference to the words “include” or “including” shall be construed without limitation; D reference to this Agreement, or any other agreement, deed or other instrument or document shall be construed as a reference to this Agreement or such agreement, deed or other instrument or document as the same may from time to time be amended, varied, supplemented or noted.
