Common use of COMMUNITY CENTER KEYS Clause in Contracts

COMMUNITY CENTER KEYS. Keys must be picked up by 3 pm at Xxxxxxx Community Center on the Friday prior to your weekend rental or last day of the scheduled work week if near an observed holiday. Please call Xxxxxxx Parks and Recreation at 999-2140 for holiday operating hours to arrange pick up. Any rentals that do not arrive on time to pick up their rental keys will be charged a $50 fee taken out of the deposit for City staff time. Community Center keys shall be returned in Community Center drop box within 24 hours following the event. Damages: - Xxxxxx hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Xxxxxxx for any damages occurring to the Community Center during the Renter’s occupancy or during occupancy of guests of the Renter during the rental period. Xxxxxx also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Xxxxxxx for any and all claims, demands, damages or lawsuits that may arise or accrue, of any nature whatsoever, during Xxxxxx’s rental of the Community Center, including but not limited to any injuries to persons or property.
