Community Mental Health Centers. If the Contractor is not able to reach agreement on terms and conditions with these specified providers, it shall submit to the Department, for approval, documentation which supports that adequate services and service sites as required in this Contract shall be provided to meet the needs of its Members without contracting with these specified providers. Such approval is subject to Section 4.4 “Approval of Department.”
